Ditsy waitress. Long wait to sit though tons of seating available. Staff disappeared for long periods. Good desserts but that's it. Won't go again.

Our 4 year old granddaughter insisted on going to Friendly's for lunch. I thought that was a great idea because I remember, as a child, LOVING IT when we went there. I couldn't wait for that...
