I bought one half slab of ribs at the 43rd st location which was their first day opening. The ribs were awful. They were over dry and over cooked. The smoked technique or whatever it is suppose to be was very over rated. I could not eat the ribs. They bet

The first thing you'll see when you walk into Honey 1 BBQ is our glassed-in smoker and a pile of hickory. Now try to think of the last time you saw that in a BBQ restaurant. Most so-called BBQ is actually boiled, baked and steamed in sauce - anything but slow-cooked over wood fire for hours like we cook it.
