The service at the Homewood Suites by Rich and Joyce was excellent. They have a friendly atmosphere and hotel rooms are very nice. Our family enjoyed our stay over as we head to Jacksonville today. I would recommend and stay here again.
This was a Great Hotel for the price! Huge room, with a fireplace even and I had a peek-a-boo view of the river :-) Loved that their evening Social Hour I was able to bring my 2 co-workers with me to sit out on patio and visit before dinner.
Front desk didn't seem to care that much. I had asked that the shower head be adjusted, that never happened. I left my iPhone charger in the bathroom, called up and never got a return call, had to call twice, and still didn't get my charger. Breakfast was a bit spotty. One morning had berries, next morning nothing.
This place is conveniently located just east of Interstate 5 and a stone's throw from the Columbia River. It is just a few steps from a couple good restaurants and a walking trail along the river. My room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Everything worked.
