Everything about my stay was good. Ann at front desk was very helpful with my reservations. The breakfast was good. The room and bed were clean and comfortable. The room was quiet. The location was convenient but you did have to pay attention to exiting off of main road to enter Hotel.

Room not cleaned on Friday through Monday stay. No clean bedding or towels. Ran out of toilet paper, would not have happened had bathroom been stocked with a second roll AND had housekeeping cleaned the room.

We stayed here March 20-23, 2016.
Good location. Starbucks and Panera are very close by. Only a half hour away from Busch Gardens. Madeira Beach is about a half an hour away, also.
The property was a bit outdated. Clean. No heated pool, which was a bummer. It was a bit cold our first couple days there. Too cold to...

'Kudos' to Connie the cleaning supervisor for stepping up to the plate and providing immediate resolution to our complaint about a harsh chemical smell in our room. She immediately took the time to explain, find another room for us, and arrange to have staff move our personal belongings to the new room. Bada bing - bada boom -- problem solved....
