Our family of 4 (6yr old and 2yr old) had no problem missing a beat trying to settle in. Bedroom was perfectly closed off so we could stick the kids in and us not have to be quite as a mouse in the living/kitchen area. Had a minor issue with the TV, but it was fixed within LITERALLY 5 minutes...

Individual attention to detail is excellent and very Friendly. Great place to make your stay in Dallas easy and comfortable. The room, amenities, and one on one service was the best in the recent decade of travel for my family.

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Shuttle made going places easy. Huge breakfast choices. Very nice outdoor swimming pool, but wind was blocked as in middle of building. Hot tub was nice and hot!

We stopped here our last night of spring break to recharge. It was perfect. The staff went above and beyond. The bed was comfortable. It seemed pricey but in the end it was worth every penny. Very pleased, and I'm kinda hard to please!

Stayed in a ground floor king suite and it was amazing. Modern furnishings, clean as can be, separate bedroom, kitchen, living area. A TV in the bedroom and one in the living room. Fast wireless internet. I wish we could've stayed longer. It was quiet too. Definitely will stay here again!
