Basic is too good a word. Consider this a tent with walls and roof. Very much a shambles but if you are looking to go cheap in high-priced season, this fits the bill. Huge complex just off the 17; great location. Incredibly inexpensive. Looks like trash truck dumped half a load in front of my door. Inside...closet racks torn off...

Dirtiest place we ever stayed at. Food on floor, grime on everything, had to clean and disinfect ourselves. Stove filthy, don't think it was ever cleaned, crap between refrigerator and sink, lots of dirt behind bureau, box with spent water bottle left outside door, should have been taken care. This place looks like a hang out for drug dealers and drug users.....the walls have holes , the doors have holes, the carpet is very nasty, I did not even sleep under the covers or shower because I was scared of what i would catch. This is the worst place I have ever stayed.

Filthy and dirty. Breakfast not offered. Had to ask for coffee pot. Right near fwy on one way street. Difficult to get to other side of road to access restaurants. Simply horrid. At least the air worked. Microwave filthy, clock was broken. Dirty bed spread, dirty lampshades, inadequate lighting- ni ceiling lights, broken bathroom vent, thick grimy dust.
