Not your typical pizza joint, Home Slice Pizza is still all Texas with its rustic atmosphere.
What to Drink: Along with the traditional soft drinks, there's organic root beer, Boylan and Izze sodas and bottles of wine and beer--all available for takeout.
Know Before You Go: Whole pies are only served until 11pm weeknights, until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays and until 10pm on Sundays.
Parking: You'll need to park on the street, so start looking for a spot when you're a couple blocks away if it's a peak time.
The Extras: Outdoor pond supplies and giftware are also available. Decorative flagstone, statuary, moss rocks and garden fountains round out the backyard possibilities.
