Their customer service throughout the store has improved. This makes it a much more pleasurable experience. Always someone there to help Unfortunately the return area is terrible. There is always a long line & very few employees working to help move things along It makes me think twice about buying anything

Of all the home build stores, this one smells the worst. There was no corner I could escape into to avoid the smell of paint, plastics, sealant, chemically treated wood, rubber, sprays, or any other chemicals. Called to ensure a product was available. Online says the store has 1, but it also said the otay mesa store had 1 and they in fact did not. So to "save time" and the trouble of driving out, called the store. Never got a "person" to answer the phone. Waited on hold for 12 minutes listening to the loop message …

My husband went to your El Cajon location Friday evening to purchase a few things and price out things for our new project... When he got ready to check out he ask the cashier if he could get the military discount...He showed her his VFW ( veterans of foreign wars membership card) she said that he wasn't a veteran and he couldn't get a discount without a military ID..
