In July 2011 I purchased a coffee machine while visiting the area. When I came home the item was not working. I called the store and they said to return return item or get replacement. I drove back a few weeks later and they were out of stock even though I was promised a replacement. The sales person told me they have a floor model and If there is a problem with the item I would get full refund as long as it is returned within 30 days. So I took it.
