If this company refuses you service, consider yourself lucky! They've probably done you a BIG favor! We just finished pulling and replanting our garden which was nearly destroyed by oil they spilled everywhere taking an AC unit apart. We are still trying to get a refund for what they charged us. While the repair man was friendly, you could tell they are in business to up sell you. You are going to get a sales pitch before anything is started. If the repair man wasn't pleasant I would have given them 1 star
Dont listen to the first review. SSalidine is employeed with this company. All they did was pour water on my 3 year old furnace and tell me it was failed. After two second opinions and calling the manufacture directly I found out that my furnace was ok and just needed a tuneup. I will not trust thiefs with my house keys.
