we lived here a few years now and it needs alot of work!!Handyman is lazy,theres nothing to do in the park.Not supposed to have dogs over 30pounds but see new people with boxers and pit mixes...dont have a problem with them but rules should be for everyone not just certain people!!the new managers arent friendly either,cant wait to move and my advice...turn around before u even get in.

The managers have both been arrested on several occasions. There is a large amount of drug arrests since the park has dropped it's Senior Park status. Trailers are in poor condition.
