We booked a tour with Holloway Tours several months in advance and paid almost 200.00 for two tickets to a baseball game. Due to Hurricane Irene the bus tour guide called and cancelled the trip less than 24 hours before the game was scheduled to be played. We received a call the following Monday saying the game had been rescheduled for a THURSDAY (originally on SATURDAY) and there would be NO Refunds given if we could not make that game. In the real world Thursday is a workday and when we asked to be refunded all or part of our money both the director AND the owner refused!!! Our seats at...
