Holistic Hypnosis uses a variety of techniques to aid the client in becoming his or her whole self. This is done through Hypnotherapy, Meditation, Self Hypnosis, Weekly Classes, Groups, Diet Management, Spiritual Counseling and more.
What this means is that patient and provider work together to develop an integrated therapeutic plan that will best address the whole patient, in mind, body and soul.
