We were a family of four. Got the two level room with separate upstairs bedroom and downstairs pull out couch. They told us on the phone there was a door to separate the two rooms, but there was not. Beware of food orders

Spend 1 week at this hotel. Front counter staff helpful and friendly. Restaurant however terribly slow. Twice my food order was delayed for over 1 hour, wrong food delivered and one time the hamburger was raw inside!

Not for couples... but the best for families! (Not good Spanish

It was amzing... my parents don't speak Spanish so they had trouble communicating there.
It has close everything and has free transport 24/7 to anything 3 miles away, which include Sunland Park Mall, Target, Best Buy, Ross, Cinemark, Peter Piper Pizza and a bunch of other stuff

Nice hotel, family enoyed the pool especially with el paso heat, good breakfast selection. We also ate at the restaurant part and they didnt have a few of the things on menu and service was very slow. The rooms were nice, except they are set up like apartments and are hard and confusing to find.

Room was very large and spacious. Could have had a chair or 2 to sit in instead of the space. Heated pool was excellent and my husband and I enjoyed the hot tub as well which is open at convenient times. I enjoyed the breakfast but as a person with a gluten allergy, there wasn't a carbohydrate choice on Sunday...
