The hotel itself was absolutely fantastic - great rooms for a family, awesome pools, great location and overall great value. Facilities were fabulous - nice kitchens, excellent wifi, laundry (washing machine & dryer), convenience store. (However use the on-site restaurant only as a last resort - the food was a joke).
What I absolutely did not appreciate at this hotel...

We arrived early in the day for our week long reservation and they kindly accommodated us by switching us to a room that was ready. They asked if we were okay with being on the third floor as they do not have elevators in our building which we were. The suite has been recently remodeled and has a lovely kitchen...
