Chicken staff was friendly but they didn't knowledge I'm a spire member. The room is adequate but my preference is top floor I'm on the second floor . Purples nice but early in the evening lots of kids

I don't know what category room I booked but upon opening the door it was a huge double bed room with a living room setup. Everything worked, refrigerator, microwave, TV, etc... Sleeping conditions were excellent, you could hear a pin drop. I look forward to returning just for the sleep.

Best hotel staff anywhere

Love this place.The staff is the best out of all the hotels I stay at. The breakfast is consistently good and everything is clean and organized. The hotel is conveniently located close to my work with dozens of dining choices located within blocks of the hotel.

Manager is very welcoming and truly cares about customer satisfaction. Nice clean hotel. Love the Managers reception on Tuesday through Thursday. I stay here whenever I can. Nice hot hot tub and clean pool. Breakfast is great and well stocked.

Comfy beds, comfy pillows, decent shower. After a long day driving this was a great stop. Holiday inn breaky is always a bonus. Will definitely stop here again. Location is close to everything you need and right off freeway. Room seemed a tad pricy but seems like that is kind of the normal now
