Pretty typical for a high performing HI-X. Very responsive and timely hotel shuttle to from airport but also to\from light rail station and variety of nearby restaurants. Standard HIX breakfast offerings, surprise availability of gluten free muffins and bagels. Hope other HIX properties adopt that option!!

This is a great hotel with great customer service. The hotel is very close to the airport and yes they do have airport shuttle. Very convenient to airport

Typical average HIE, but shuttle service to airport and that really makes it easy when you need to return a rental car and then be taken to the airport earlier in the morning. Really don't have any specific issues,since I was only there a few hours.

The hotel was very nice. Easy parking. Received such a warm welcome after arriving at around midnight. Lobby and breakfast area was very clean and inviting.
We also got lots of tourist brochures in Lobby to help us plan our day.
Breakfast was great. Beds firm but comfortable.

Situated near the airport, this SeaTac hotel is also close to Westfield Southcenter. Another nearby attraction is Hydroplane and Raceboat Museum.
