Had a clean, nice room. Staff was always ready to help if needed. Breakfast has lots of choices and room to eat. The shuttles were nice, and frequent, no need to use my personal vehicle for trips to the Mayo clinic. Very pleased with our stay. Made my visit much more relaxed not having to worry about getting breakfast and parking at Mayo.

I have stayed at this hotel many times during visits to Rochester for my husband's health. He has been a patient at St Mary's Hospital and the Mayo Clinic. I have been pleased with the courtesy of the staff in making booking adjustments and being willing to help.

We were greeted by the staff and they were able to offer us an upgrade as spire elite members. Everything was excellent. wonderful room. breakfast was average but good.
