Our room was very clean and updated. the breakfast was good with lots of choices. we had an issue with our air conditioner and the maintenance man was professional and went out of his way to make sure we were happy. the person at the desk, i think his name was Darnell, do a great job pointing us in the...

We stayed here for 4 nights late February great location, great staff, but room was very noisy with students staying there for event at ASU. The hotel/ beds and noisy air conditioner need updating. Nice shuttle service to various locations. Again lots of good things about hotel just needs some updating.

Stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Tempe in early February. Staff friendly and efficient at check in. The hotel is older, but well taken care of. There are 3 floors and we were on the top floor.
