We stayed here while on a business trip. The meetings were quite a drive away, but this was a nicer hotel and a nicer location than other towns. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms felt up to date and very clean. The gym is small but adequate for a quick workout. We would definitely stay here again.

Our toilet didn't work and the maids left our room open from 2pm until we came home at 10pm. I told the front desk and they pretty much just blew me off. They wrote down my complaint on a sticky note. The front desk person said " that's not good" then said I am only the desk clerk and our...

We were greeted warmly by Carol, the receptionist, and that started our stay off well. Others could learn from her. We ended up staying three nights as we were checking out the surrounding areas to relocate in the near future. We only stayed one night but I have to say the Hotel was very Chic which I didn't expect. The lobby was inviting. Staff very courteous. Rooms were very nicely upgraded and very very clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable which is very important to me. Now the reason for the 4 and not 5 rating. I don't understand why...
