Love love love this hotel! I've been coming to McAllen monthly for 7 months now due to business-and I must say this was one of the best stays. The staff is great, breakfast was delicious with plentiful options (excellent coffee), the gym was the largest I've seen with plentiful equipment so I wasn't waiting to use anything, and the room was super comfortable. Terrible hotel.. Smoking room is assigned even though I asked for non-smoking room. And they are not making room change too.I've never seen a hotel service like this before.
