New, clean but not quiet

Spent a week at the hotel. One of the 5 nights there was a group by the pool late at night. Luckily the staff dealt with the issue right away. First floor rooms are loud. Doors slamming, high traffic and tile floors create quite an echo. If you want quiet I would suggest requesting a room on an upper floor....

Room was clean, bed was comfy, staff was uber-friendly, everything was fantastic! Sat out by the pool with friends and had a great time. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for our aniversary over this past weekend. The hotel was clean and new looking. Bed was very comfortable.
We did end up being put on the first floor right next to the pool. Not a perfect location for a romantic weekend. The pool area was loud well after 11. I know that the pool closed at 10,...

The facilities are fine, but don't stay in rooms 101-106, because that hallway includes the maid storage room, pool access door, and the main exit to the parking lot, so you'll hear lots of door-slamming. Second floor, where a relative stayed, seems quieter.
