Winter break vacay

Nice hotel with a great location inside the Chelsea area of NYC. It was great deal for a nice clean hotel. It was breeze to get to from JFK via train and back to the airport. Decent but could be improved

Decent hotel. The room was spacious enough and clean. Besides the elevator being a nightmare, the hotel is welcoming. The staff is nice. The breakfast could be better and fresher. The location is central but not the nicer. Not good food options around and the area is dirty.

Hot breakfast, but no hot water

My husband and I chose this hotel because of its proximity to Penn Station. We stayed for one night, which coincided with the Polar Vortex hitting NYC. Excellent attencion and worm welcome

The hotel is a very good place to stay, the attencion is excellent from the people working there, the breakfast is delicious and varied, the people how do the cleaning is very kind, the room is small but comfortable.

Excellent Customer Service

With a group of 40, primarily teenagers, we were so pleased with the friendliness of the staff, especially Thalia and the super-nice gentleman that was working alongside her in the evenings. They accommodated so many of our requests, with a cheery disposition, and were most helpful with suggestions of "things to do" or "places to eat" to accommodate a group of our size.
