Great place right off the Fwy 14, and quiet. Breakfast bar OK. But the will provide a bag to go early if you leave before Breakfast starts. Other restaurants and shops close by. We've stayed a few places in the area for soccer tournaments. This place is pretty close to the freeway, but very quiet. The beds are very comfortable in my subjective opinion (I like a firm bed), enough that I'd stay for that reason alone. It has been recently remodeled, so it's pretty clean too. I returned to this HIE for two weeks in August. This facility continues in reign at the top. Rooms were nice and clean, and the large room with balconies are my recommendation. Beds were comfy and the staff helpful and friendly. Location was great as it was central to what we were there for.
