All hotels in McKinney area booked. Drove to Greenville and found a room. Staff were friendly and helpful even at 2 A.M.:) I was registered quickly and got some needed rest.
Room was very comfortable.
Will stay here again if I am in area.

Enjoyed the stay and made the mini-vacation very relaxing, a very quiet place. Would definitely stay here again when in the area.
The breakfast choices were excellent, however, we 'prefer' stronger coffee. But, we understand that not all guests prefer strong coffee - perhaps in the future HIE will consider provide a third selection, "Strong", in addition to the Regular

Staff is pleasant; however, Cleanliness is not up to par. Bathroom shower is loaded with rust and parts of the bathroom and room/suite area have a lot of dust build up. Bedding was questionable. :(
