Two nights in plano

Was in Plano for a two day conference. The room's toilet would not stop running, and I had to adjust the float. The light fixture in the restroom was broken and the refrigerator did not work. The room itself was nice and large, and the bed very comfortable. Staff was very professional, and the breakfast was well stocked. Used the Gym and it was ok. had a nice set of free weights, but no bench...

The mattresses are quite uncomfortable. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and the manager went above and beyond to accommodate me. I was there for four days and didn't sleep while I was there, even after they changed my room 4 times.
