The location was great. Right over the bridge from charleston. Most of the staff was helpful and friendly as well.\n\nThe beds were hard. There were also random goes in both beds when we checked in. House cleaning changed the sheets when we went out. However, one day house cleaning didn't restock the towels or shampoo and the next day they didn't even touch our room.

Location was as advertised.\n\nElevators were broken all weekend. Really tired property with not much in way of amenities. Not at all worth the price paid

Great location\n\nVery slow check-in. Apparently some type of computer problem. Poor woman at desk was working alone and had a line of people. Took approximately 30 minutes to check in. Not ideal at the end of a long day. Wifi was spotty.
