They double charged the accidental fees (2x150$) which was released when I left but still should not have been charged twice.
The room smelled like it was just painted.
My room didn’t even have the room# sign
One day I came and my room was opened!!!
There was no water anywhere to purchase in the hotel
They promised to email me the room charges to my email – never happed

We attended a memorial service AT Arlington National Cemetary and had a wonderful stay at this Holiday Inn. The staff and service were right on. Any questions you asked the front desk were answered promptly. The rooms were immaculate, the breakfast was great. Great location.
