Founded in 1982, one of the largest wineries in the state has earned multiple awards for its wines. The gift shop carries the winery's famous pickled beans and asparagus as well as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Chenin Blanc, Rieslings, and Fume Blanc, among other wines.

In an industrial park off the freeway, Hogue is one of the state's largest, most reliable wineries. It's a good place to visit if you're on a budget or want to sample reasonably priced, approachable Washington state wine. This winery produces three levels of wine; the Genesis label wines tend to be the best values.
