Gary is awesome! I was hit on the freeway and my car was a mess. I had been refered to Hodges by my friend. When I had my car towed in, Gary was so nice and helped me get my claim started with my insurance company. I was able to leave with a rental and the piece of mind that my car was in good hands.I was called by Gary with updates to let me know what stage my car was in. It took about a 2 weeks for my car to be repaired, but when I picked it up I was very happy. I couldnt even tell it had been hit. I would use Hodges Again if I ever needed car repair. Cross my fingers I dont though.

Great Srevice and very friendly! I recently had an accident and my car was taken to Hodges Collision Center off of Rayford Rd in Spring. The staff there was very helpful and friendly. They got me into a rental and on my way in no time at all. The repair on my car was fast. When I went to pick it up ,it was like new. These guys do great work. I will refer my friends and family if they need car repair to Hodges Collision.

Wow, what a great job!! Fast turnaround. Neighbor referred me to them and they were everything and more. Not sure what the Kaila chick was upset about. A little over the top if you ask me. Sounds like a lover scorned. Chris you might keep one eye over your shoulder she sounds a bit like a stalker.

This was my first accident and I had the worst experience with Hodges! They are dishonest and rude. I was told 3 times that my vehicle would be ready and I still don't have my truck. Chris Guinn never returns calls and will never tell you the status of your vehicle. They told me that it is ""100% their fault"" my vehicle isn't ready. And that my vehicle should've been ready 25 days ago. They also told me that their body guy has been ""slacking off."" I wouldn't think that would be a good thing to admit, for a company who claims their staff is ""focused on delivering superior service."" I...
