Purchased two carpets 1st advertised as '5x8' actual size 5'x7' second 4'x6' actual size 3'9"x5'. When I spoke with the manager he said I should have measured them before I purchased them to verify the actual size. I'm pretty disappointed in this place. The customer service is mediocre and the prices and advertising do not reflect the actual products. I would not recommend this store.

Staff is poorly trained and corporate offers no help. We bought flooring and it was defective when opened one box, so we tried returning the other sealed boxes and they wouldn't help us out because it was 4 months later and they couldn't sell it. Absolutely horrible customer service and I've been shopping there for years. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

This store is okay for home improvement items like cabinets or maybe flooring. Their prices for most of those items are decent. The store is kind of messy and unorganized, though. Employees don't seem real helpful. Checking out is a nightmare and return policy is not good. Other everyday items are an odd mix and most don't seem of great quality.
