My only complaint about this Hobby Lobby in a previous review had been the time it took to find someone for the framing dept. I was pleasantly surprised that when I went to get ANOTHER signed Ted Williams lithograph that I just purchased ( I have a problem) framed and mated, it was a breeze …

Customer service was disappointing when it came to damaged products. The manager just brushed my concern aside without second thought. I love Hobby Lobby, but not today.
