Today was the most horrible customer experience I have ever experienced. The Spokane Valley locations Manager Kathy refused to help me. I will not ever be returning for business and I will be advising everyone I come in contact with about the unwillingness of the managers Kathy to solve her representatives error in which I had to suffer.
