I bought an expensive vacuum from VacShack. I asked which had the lowest repair rate and what's the biggest issue - what breaks the easiest and how do I stop it. I got answers and I believe they were valid. I've enjoyed the vacuum but I know I paid too much for it. The owner was rude and inept.
