Unsafe locks

Hobbs Lock and Key sent out a man to change my house locks. After he left I found he had only re-keyed the old locks & the locks and door knobs of both doors fell apart. Not only did they not do the job asked for but left the house with no way to lock it and I had to be going out of town. I got some one else to install new door locks.
