A really good/great sushi bar.Fresh, delicious fish.Karatamba cold sake.Hamachi kama appetizers.Great clear soup.Yup, a no nonsense sushi bar that serves 80/20 hibachi.Go figure???????In NYC they would serve 99/1 sushi.

Hiros has been in business for many years and probably the first Japanese restaurant in the area. The food is still the best prepared and freshest. I have been going to Hiros for over 30 years...I have known Gina the bartender for all of those 30 years. I was in Hiros Saturday, May 17 as was a bar full of regular customers. Not once have I ever witnessed her drinking behind the bar, nor have I ever witnessed her "offering" anything other than food and drinks....
