I experienced Dr. Hintz to relate authoritatively rather than collaborating in my treatment. As a result, I did not feel respected, understood or safe. Her rigid and critical communication when I attempted to discuss this issue compelled me to find a provider that is warm and compassionate and has been immensely helpful.
