The check-in process was horrible. The lady at the desk kept going back and forth between the office and some back room. It took about a half hour just to check in and I was late for dinner. She just gave me a room key and mumbled the room number. I could barely understand anything she was saying. The room itself was clean, but had a strong, musty odor.
