In town one night for a concert. Easy check in, friendly staff. Pool and spa area gate chained so no hot tub. Decent breakfast , but no room service menu in our room so ? Only 1 table outside accessible for smoking had to share with the staff, ok but unusual. No vending on our floor only ice.

Room was generally clean, but one bath towel had a large yellow stain and after the daily cleaning, the bathroom floor mat and one bath towel was not replaced. The breakfast was a combination continental, and eggs to order. It was good, b one morning, the eggs were ordered medium but were cooked over easy.

Great weekend place to stay

If your are traveling to Norman OK or the surrounding areas, this is an excellent place to stay. Great value for the money. Friendly front desk staff as well the the bar/restaurant area. The hotel is centrally located to OKC, MWC, DC and even the Edmond area. Local casinos are just a short trip away

Bathroom was not fully cleaned prior to checkin

Long hair on floor (mine is 1" long), in sink, etc. toilet paper was not prep'ed, etc. All the other stuff was ready, so someone clearly worked on it. But, it wasn't finished. I lived with it, as I had to leave for a dinner immediately after arriving. Got back to the room at 10, so just lived with it....

We had stayed recently in Norman at another hotel property and were quite disappointed. In contrast, every aspect of our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Norman was better than we could have expected. The physical property is well maintained and the staff is well trained. But the overall atmosphere is based on service and professionalism.
