My family enjoyed our stay in Birmingham. From check in to check out, we received great service. The room was clean and the food was great!! The area around the hotel was beautiful and it was close to many of the major attractions. I would definitely stay here again.
My son and I stayed at this property for a soccer tournament. We had a great experience in a very clean hotel. It was exactly what I would expect. I would strongly recommend this hotel even though it is a bit out of the way for weekend activities around the Summit.
Decent hotel. Secluded, not convient to many restaurants. Shower takes a little while to warm up. Rooms facing the interstate aren't quiet, you can hear the trucks going down hill. Beds aren't the best but they were okay. Clean, fresh smelling. Friendly staff.
Beds were hard. Internet was VERY slow and at times did not work at all. Had to use our own hot spot and use our own data several times to send or receive email. No complimentary breakfast - $10 in the restaurant. Staff was friendly, but when you pay these room rates, you expect more.
Had a great experience. Everything was very good. The room was very clean. The staff was very nice, pleasant and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was very good not like the typical, so that was a big plus.
