i had more trouble dealing with this place than i had fixing the car myself (which is what i had to do). i was far from home and had some problems with my car. these guys towed it to their shop; THE MOST EXPENSIVE TOW I'VE EVER HAD. then told me they'd call the following day with an estimate. THEY DIDN'T CALL so i called the day after that and they said they needed another day to even look it...
