My son’s Trumpet was in need of a good cleaning and minor repairs so I called Hillje along with another instrument repair company to see if they could complete the needed work over the Christmas Holidays (2 weeks). Hillje convinced me the repairs would only take 1 week so I took the Trumpet to them. When I dropped it off they again said they have many repair people and it wouldn't be a problem...

We visited store on Saturday. There were NO other customers in store. Employee said not one word to us. We were in market for 2 guitars! We had to ask for help, and even at that he gave us no more assistance than getting down the guitar. We decided at this point to take our business elsewhere. As we left the store, employee said not one word. HORRIBLE customer service, especially in this...

They do excellent quality repairs with a fast turnaround. I am also impressed with their selection of musical instruments and their responsiveness to the local band community. Anytime I need instrument repair or to make a purchase, I'll come back here.
