Hillcrest Urgent Care

Every time I've been here, I've waited at least an hour... Even when no one else is here. The PA seat on his office and eats chips though. No Doctors, PA's only.

I am familiar with this businesses billing department. The bills are sent to the addresses they are given. Sometimes, by error, the address does not get changed. I do know the front desk scans demographic sheets the patient fills out at each visit. Once it is scanned it is attached to the patient's chart. If the person that said they were sent to "collections" had called the billing dept...

Do not go here. The nurse had the worst bed side manner I have ever experienced. We waited for an hour and a half with only 3 other people in front if us. We will NOT be going back. Only giving it 1 star because zero stars is not an option.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. This place has a horrible billing department! They sent all my bills to an address I have no lived at for over 13 years, then sent me to collections! There staff is never friendly! In fact, they act like you are bothering them! Never go here!
