They just charge for everything even when you tell them you don't want the services. Employees overworked. Staff ratio towards patients is awful. My Mother had been there 2 years and I have witnessed at least 40 different caregivers. They all quit!!! Something is not right up there. So happy to have my Mother out of there.

It is a great place to be. The staff are very friendly. They have a nurse practitioner from Nebraska Medical Center that is awesome and very very caring, and knowledgeable. I will recommend the place to anyone looking for excellent care.

1 nurse for 30 patients. My father was only given a bath twice in 1 month. Every time I would visit his diaper would be dirty and he ended up with rashes. When made any requests it would take 4-5 times requesting before anything would get done. Food had hair in it and I noticed workers were not wearing hair nets. Nurses only worked when their supervisor came walking around.
