I agree with the previous reviewer that there have been management turnover, and should mention that we did have some concerns at Hillcrest in Bellevue. However, as a nurse, I know my loved one is a complicated person to care for, and am very impressed with how well they're managing her in their Papillion facility, and responsive to any questions and concerns that have arisen.
