I was referred to Hill Country by a neighbor who had used Hill Country for over 13 years and loved the service. I had enough of the 'other' companies and needed to try someone new. JC came over and took care of our bug problems and was very knowledgeable about the kind of bugs in our home. Scorpions are the main pest in our neighborhood and he was able to control them for our neighbors and finally for our home too. After reading the reviews on this page I decided to hire JC to do our treatment. The scorpions and ants came back and I called about 5 different times with no response. All this within two months of the 3 month warranty. I would not recommend this company to anyone. We just hired ABC Pest Control.
I wanted to warn everyone about Hill Country Pest Control. Almost two months ago I had the owner of Hill Country Pest Control come to my home to do a wasp
treatment. I specifically asked the owner of Hill Country Pest Control if there is warranty for the work to which he responded there is a two month warranty.
Less than a month after he did the treatment, I noticed the work wasn't done properly so I called the owner about this and he set a time to come over and redo the treatment.
