I just had Hilgy's come to my house in Eagle River and they did a great job getting my AC unit back up and running. I used to use a competitor but found these guys online and had them come out. The tech was very curteous and they charged a fair price. I'm having them come back to fill my LP tank next week! Thanks Hilgy's!
HORRENDOUS customer service. Non-existent customer service at all the branches. Rude, not-very-bright people answering their phones. The customer has absolutely no rights with Hilgy's. Hilgy's gas company is the biggest rip off in the northwoods any one doing business with them needs to stop asap before they screw the heck out of you like they just did to us after 24 years of being their customer. They care for them selves only and the heck with their customers.
