Wanted this type of food ,had heard this place was good ! Food was great ,had a Hunter's dish ( pork bits mushrooms onions over noodles) dessert was White Choc Raspberry cake . wine Fritz Zimmer Peisporter

After getting final clearance from my neuro-surgeon that my back was fully healed, we celebrated by visiting Hildegard's.
We sat in Katy's section, she's one of the best servers on the planet. Once again I had the weinerbraten with brown gravy, my favorite dish here....
