Thankfully we are renting month to month, because I can't begin to explain how awful this place is! The air was broken when we moved in, the downstairs smells of urine and the upstairs smelled like cigarette smoke. The lady at the front office is beyond rude and the maintenance men are very unprofessional and beyond rude as well. All the neighbors are old and rude. Don't want around your house...

I have lived here for almost a year now and i think it's a very nice neighborhood even though I wish we had more parking available and it would also be nice if we had a fitness center and pool as of the one in Hagerstown,MD. I would also like to say I live in a 5 bedroom 3 bathroom which is very spacious but it would of even been nicer if they were made like the 4 bedroom houses.

I would highly recommend Highlands. I've been here almost 2 years and love my place! It is quiet and peaceful, surrounded by fields, but less than 15 minutes to all the stores and resturants in Chambersburg. My apartment is cozy and warm in the winter. I love the open floorplan. It is pet friendly! Great place for walking or jogging. The complex is well run and maintained.

Not being from the area and needing a home for our family, we stumbled across Highlands of Greenvillage while driving around one day. The staff was very helpful with our transfer to the Chambersburg area. We've only been here 6 months so not much to report on, but so far we love living here. A Must see
