When I first moved in I was really happy, and have had an overall positive experience except for the Manager Angela. She comes off in an unprofessional manner and doesn't seem to know what she is doing. I recommend hiring differently if you would like to have issues handled in the right way. These apartments are great in the sense that they are in an ideal location, the staff and management are wonderful, and the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. My biggest complaint is when we moved in, we moved into a renovated (upgraded) unit and the subcontractors did a horrible job with the renovation. I've lived here for almost 12 years. New management company is fantastic. By far best in 12 years. They fixed some long standing issues that previous owners refused to fix.
